A true innovator, Melissa has worked across industries and geographies to bring big brands – like MetLife and Motorola – a seriously results-driven approach to their marketing. Her unique ability to combine data with creative saw her famously ‘flip-the-marketing-funnel’ when she joined Cadillac in 2018, forcing the brand to find and get closer to its exact customer. She has since made a strong commitment to increase diversity at the company, and has even broke records for the highest hits to Cadillac dot com with the launch of the new Lyriq car at this year’s Super Bowl.
Kristi oversees OLIVER’s business in the U.S., and serves on global teams that coordinate engagements across our clients’ regional offices. A marketing nerd to her very core, Kristi’s experience includes both agency- and client-side roles, where she’s led brands through major digital transformations, helping re-imagine their products and go-to-market strategies in a brave new consumer-driven world.
Nick leads OLIVER UK’s Planning team, helping clients deliver more effective marketing, to fuel their growth. Since joining, Nick has helped OLIVER pioneer new and unique approaches to planning and strategy that are only possible because of OLIVER’s in-house model.
Sharon is responsible for the overall running of many of the global business and countries in which Oliver operates. Sharon has over the last 4 years, helped scale OLIVER’s unique business model and is a firm believer in bespoke solutions for clients, built for them and their needs delivering better, faster and more effective results.
Simon pioneered the in-house agency model in 2004 after an illustrious 15-year career as Director of Special Units at Norwich Union (now Aviva). Since launching, OLIVER has been named #1 Fastest Growing company in the UK and the U.S and features in 2020’s Honour List by The Drum for ‘helping brands get their in-housing in order’ during the pandemic.
