The in-house agency competes the BDA’s ‘Company of the Year’ and ‘Diversity Team of the Year’ categories as OLIVER reaffirms commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity (IE&D).
The British Diversity Awards have recognized OLIVER’s work in furthering IE&D. The company continues to build a vibrant and actively pro-inclusion organization in which everyone belongs, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background.
As a leader in designing, building, and running in-house agencies, OLIVER’s work with Ally Owen’s Brixton Finishing School demonstrates how industry expertise can be applied to championing community-building causes around the country. With a focus on inclusion and diversity, BFS’s Ad-Cademy course – which OLIVER has sponsored consecutively since its launch in 2019 – helps disadvantaged young people improve their employability and brings fresh perspectives into the advertising industry.
Those alongside OLIVER in competing for ‘Company of the Year’ and ‘Diversity Team of the Year’ include Boots UK, Direct Line Group and the London Stock Exchange Group.
Singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock of Little Mix fame has also been tipped as the favourite to win the BDA’s ‘Media Champion in Public Eye’ award for her work in the music industry.
