OLIVER, alongside The Women’s Association (TWA), has helped launch ‘For The Women’ – a campaign that spotlights and celebrates the diversity of roles available for women in the workplace.
The ‘For The Woman’ campaign aims to widen the perspective for women and girls, showing them that they can thrive and succeed in a male-dominated industry.
Annabelle Walters, OLIVER’s Head of People, said: “It’s important that we spotlight the talented females within our male-dominated industry, which is why we are so proud to be part of this campaign. Our core ambition at OLIVER is to achieve equity for all, and we can only do that by working together to create an inclusive culture that allows women to show up and do their best work. No female at any stage in their career should feel the need to ‘fight’ for equity.”
This year, 80 women from across the advertising, communications, engineering and consultancy sectors collaborated to create an inspiring portraiture campaign, highlighting each woman’s role as inspiration for the next generation. The campaign was made in partnership with Taboola, Kekst CNC, Mother, Inkpact, Buro Happold, Craft Worldwide and McCann.
